What You'll Actually Do

Day to day, week to week. No vague "other duties as assigned."

Build and Maintain GHL Systems

Own the build, the update and the fix across GoHighLevel workflows, dashboards, snippets and custom values. If something breaks, you are the first person who fixes it.

Build and Tweak AI Booking Agents

Configure and update AI agents in our booking bot (Appointwise) for new treatments, seasonal offers and client-specific setups, all built to spec.

Roll Out Offer and Price Updates

Push client offer and price changes across systems and AI, accurately, on time, every time. Zero errors, zero delays.

Set Up New Client Onboarding

Handle the technical side of every new client onboarding, GHL configuration, dashboards and trackers, all ready before they go live.

Keep Trackers Clean and Current

Own spreadsheets and profit trackers across the agency. If a number is wrong or missing, you catch it before anyone else does.

Unblock the Whole Team

Support operational and technical requests from everyone on the team. You are the person who removes blockers so the rest of the agency can move faster.

About the Role

Who We Are and Who You'd Work With

UNCAHP is a performance agency for UK aesthetic clinics. We run paid and organic content, automations and growth systems for 30+ clinic brands and are building out our in-house ops team. You will work directly with Harry (founder) and support Adriana and the wider team, keeping the systems that power every campaign clean, fast and accurate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need GoHighLevel experience?

Yes. This is not a trainable-from-scratch role. You should already be comfortable building workflows, setting up dashboards and working with custom values and snippets. We need someone who can pick up a brief and build, not someone who needs hand-holding through the platform.

Are UK hours required?

Yes. We need at least 6 hours of overlap with UK business hours each day. You do not need to be based in the UK but you must be available and responsive during those hours.

Do I need to know Appointwise?

No prior Appointwise experience is required. We will train you on it. You do need a solid foundation in AI agents and automation logic so you can pick it up quickly and work independently once onboarded.

Is the trial task paid?

Yes. If you reach the trial stage, your test task is fully paid. We will not ask you to work for free. The trial is a short, focused ops task designed to show us how you work, not to extract free labour.

Will I be client-facing?

Mostly background. You will deal with internal systems and the team day to day. There may be occasional light contact with clients during technical onboarding but the primary focus of this role is internal operations.
